Everything included in the fresh start package, beds made with fresh linen, towels and blankets folded, and removable rugs vacuumed.

Everything included with cozy home package with ceiling fans and air vents dusted, baseboard wet wipe down, trashcan exterior wipe down, and carpet deodorizing. 

This package includes a basic kitchen clean, vacuuming and mop, wall and door high touch grime wipe down, toy pick up and basic organization, kids room tidying, trashes emptied, and beds made. 

This package includes a kitchen wipe down, vacuum and mop, light dusting, trash emptied, toy pick up, blankets folded, beds made, dishes washed, and  light decluttering. 

This package includes removal of pet hair build up from floors, corners, and lower level furniture, baseboards are wet wiped down, floors are mopped and vacuumed, litter areas are sanitized and cleaned, pet bowls are washed and refilled. 

This package includes everything in the fresh start with inside and outside of cabinets and drawers wiped out, sinks and faucets are scrubbed, deep clean of showers, tubs, and toilets, door frames and lightswitches are wiped down, baseboards are wet wiped, interior window panes and window seals are cleaned, ceiling fans are dusted, cobweb removal, and inside of all appliances are cleaned. 

Removal of construction dust on common surfaces, baseboards are wet wiped, interior window panes and seals are cleaned, cabinets are wiped inside and out, light fixtures are dusted, floors are vacuumed and mopped, bathrooms are deep cleaned, and kitchens are wiped down and sanitized. 

This package includes everything in the fresh start along with restocking of guest related supplies, picture documentation of how guests left the property, staging, beds made, and appliance wipe outs.
